Main responsibilities include utility/building analysis and report writing for an energy audit team. Energy
audit team environment consisted of managing field engineers to gather building information for analysis
and submitting calculations and final reports to an energy manager for ASHRAE Level 2 audits. Utility
analysis included producing usage and cost graphs, building end-use for a two year period as well as degree
day analysis. Building analysis included generating and calculating savings for recommended energy
conservation measures, retro-commissioning measures and operation and maintenance measures for
building systems. Analysis required a knowledge of New York City building code, ASHRAE and Local
Law 87.
