○ Worked in sync with Quality Assurance in delivery of systems installations and calibrations according to company test procedures and customer standards while also updating and resolving bugs regularly
○ Collaborated with R&D department to successfully test and implement a new treatment product while helping to open new bugs for the required updates to software and system adjustments
○ Developed custom MS Excel, VBA, and MATLAB tools for processing and mining large amounts of numerical data efficiently
