-Prepare all folders for Real Estate Committee, requesting documentation from brokers and research online.
-Assist two Senior Directors of Real Estate, preparing deal sheets, reviewing proposals and lease plans.
-Assist with coordination of and daily communication with landlord and tenant brokers in connection with daily leasing
activities, including follow up with same to collect information and documents necessary in the lease process.
-Keeping organized file system, electronically and hard copies.
-Administration of lease processing module, which covers the lease cycle from letter of intent through lease execution.
This includes assistance with production of the lease document and attendant lease exhibits, and also ensuring proper
entry of the executed lease into the system.
-Making sure the Directors have all their deals and requested paperwork in at the requested deadline.
-Preparation of lease package for Market Officer signature, proper submission of rent and security checks, and
coordination of transition of the lease to the property management team.
-Attend weekly meetings with the Store Development team to review outstanding issues.
-Post-lease execution follow up with internal leasing team, external brokers and internal property management team to
ensure proper finalization and completion of the lease file.
-Submit costs for construction and review to make sure they are in the correct tier.
-Work with and support others on the Operations team, including the Operations Analyst, external leasing teams, property
management teams, acquisition and development teams, to ensure timely and effective workflow.
-Follow up on building permit status for stores about to open.

lease documents to ensure lease documents conform to real estate summary.
-Notify field operations personnel of renewals and expirations; negotiate upcoming renewals; prepare

-Prepare lease terminations and check requests for any that require a termination penalty.
-Follow up with field personnel once a new location has been occupied to make sure it has been delivered in
conformity with lease terms.
