Commonwealth of Kentucky – Health Benefit Exchange & Integrated Eligibility
The Commonwealth of Kentucky selected Deloitte to deliver a new Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) and Integrated Eligibility solution as a replacement to their current legacy system KAMES. The new system will integrate programs such as Medicaid, LIHEAP, Cash Assistance, Food Stamps, and Child Care Assistance.
Role: Functional Analyst for the Correspondence Module.
o Serve as the lead onshore functional point of contact
o Participate in the SDLC phases
o Responsible for integrating 250+ correspondences into the new integrated eligibility system
o Led design JAD sessions and conducted gap analysis for the correspondence module
o Conduct cross-track meetings to discuss integration points
o Put-together Detail Design Documents
o Put-together a Testing Plan
o Co-ordinate with the offshore team via daily calls through the development phase
