Research: Bio-Mediated Soil Research Project with the Department of Civil Engineering, UC Davis. Worked with Professor J. T. DeJong and Grad student Clayton Proto testing different biological films to help strengthen and reduce the permeability in soils. Duties include: construction of several falling head apparatuses, feeding different bacterium with specific nutrient media solution, and collecting the permeability values several times through out the course of a day.
