• Replicated 350 year old twelve-foot by twelve-foot solid wood doors used during Revolutionary War Gun House storage facility and still active today for a North Shore Historic Commission. Exceeded strength and material requirements, significantly reduced costs.

• Managed all phases of high-rise high-end residential construction for a $15 MM luxury, twelve-unit condominium conversion of a thirteen-story brownstone building in Boston’s Beacon Hill district.
• Created and updated construction schedule with MS Project and P3. Identified and assigned all construction systems and components to appropriate subcontractor scopes-of-work.
• Relentlessly pursued all City of Boston final inspections for high-rise building structure, life-safety sytems, and twelve individual unit Certificates of Occupancy. Saved company tens of thousands of dollars in liquidated damages.
• Negotiated all subcontractor change order requests. Conducted and documented weekly progress meetings. Managed all subcontractors to meet critical path, milestones, budget, and quality goals.
• Resolve formally onsite contractual subcontractor conflicts referencing drawings, specifications, scopes-of-work, progress meetings, daily reports, photos, and other correspondence.
• Managed day-to-day correspondence with owner, designers, and subcontractors. Liaised with all critically-discerning neighbors to reduce construction impacts.
