flow testing.
•Developed and implemented an annual ANSI J-STD-001 solder testing and
recertification program to maintain certification of soldering and inspection
personnel. Developed internal PACS-DM-3000 as a guide for soldering
pressure indicators.
•Applied Lean Manufacturing methods and Continuous Improvement methodology for
scrap/cycle time reduction. Enhanced production processes by improving
tooling, to meet the delivery demands of JIT products.
