Project Manager and Lead Design Engineer for a water treatment plant for Providence, Kentucky. The water treatment plant design included: new operations/administration building, chemical feeders, two ACTIFLO trains, disinfectant contact basin, filters, high service pump station, and a 500,000 gallon standpipe.
Project Manager and client contact during design and construction of approximately 9 miles of 12-inch ductile iron and PVC raw water line, installation of vertical turbine pumps and controls for the raw water intake, installation of vertical turbine pumps and controls for the booster pump station, and the installation of the telemetry system for the City of Lancaster, Kentucky.
Project Manager and Construction Manager for water treatment plant expansion and system improvement for Flatwoods-Canoe Run Public Service District, Sutton, West Virginia. Major work items included in contract: construction of a new presettling basin, construction of a new flocculation/sedimentation/filtration basin and replace high service pumps at water treatment plant.
Assistant Project Manager for South Putnam Public Service District, Scott Depot, West Virginia. Projects included the design for approximately 24,700 L.F. of 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch water lines together with all necessary appurtenances, one 100,000 gallon water storage tank, one 100 gpm booster pump station.
Project Manager and Lead Design Engineer for water and wastewater utilities for the new Montgomery County Elementary School. Funding for these projects was through Rural Development. Responsibilities included coordinating present demand with future needs of the City of Mt. Sterling, liaison with all parties involved in the project, budgeting and time management.
