Summary

Experience in SWPPP, NOI, estimation, earthwork calculations, business development, contract administration and construction management of utilities and other municipal infrastructure. Interact with the all managers and project engineer relating to RFQ, RFI and other document control issues. Attend all project and safety meetings as required. Knowledge of state and Federal regulations for municipal utilities. Familiarity with the operational procedures and regulations of Oklahoma DEQ, Missouri DNR, KDHE.
Preparing bid documents/specifications for medium to large construction projects. Review pay estimates, prepare change orders, present information to commission and city councils. Maintain business relationships with elected, administrative and community officials. Conduct pre-bid meetings and prepare estimates by calculating various statistical data/ quantity take-offs, material price lists.
