Production Analysis and Manufacturing and Design of Experiments (Coursework)
• Used Minitab/ SPC Software to Analyze the effect of different drug dosages on a test population (data provided) using DMAIC Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control: the fundamental concept behind Six-Sigma.
• Learned various Lean Manufacturing Concepts for Waste Reduction: standardization of processes, value stream mapping.
• Developed Pareto Charts and utilized ANOVA and Regression techniques to analyze the data provided and make the necessary recommendations that the dosages needed to be adjusted so as to get the desired therapeutic results.
• Extensively utilized Microsoft Excel to manage complex calculations such as Forecasting, Inventory management, Capacity/ Plant Capacity (PC), Utilization and standard cost.

• Served as Project Manager of a group of 7 team members for a school project that we had deliver a proposal and implementation plan for the construction of new school dormitories given the expected expansion of the school.
• Created an extensive Microsoft excel based model to predict/ forecast crude oil prices over the next couple of weeks based on a number of market conditions and other factors using Neural Network Forecasting technique.
• Learned and executed a number of price forecasting techniques such as Moving Average, Adjusted Exponential Smoothing and Regression in a classroom setting.

• Participated in weekly Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with faculty from different disciplines (architecture, industrial/ electrical engineering) and stakeholders to clearly define and document their requirements for the project.
