• Supervise employees in District’s Sign Shop which includes evaluating employee performance
• Develop and review roadway/signage plans for multi-million dollar roadway projects
• Ensure Sign Bar Code Inventory Project is executed effectively throughout district
• Facilitate quarterly meetings as coordinator of the I-65 Incident Management Team (First Responders)
