Served as a senior LAN Manager in a DOD organization at Ft. Lewis WA, Installed, management and maintained over two hundred computers and sixty voice over IP (VOIP) phones.
Ensured the organization maintained 100% information assurance vulnerability alert (IAVA) compliance throughout rated periods.
Controlled and managed the network training records and information assurance program for more than three hundred users, including trouble ticket system by remedy.
Cisco switch maintained and configured for port security, VLANs, VOIPs phones, static routes, trunk ports. Microsoft server 2008 for Active Directory Domain Servers including Active Directory Federation Services and to set policies for groups of users, and to centrally deploy new applications to multiple computers.
