Management controls included value engineering over the project cycle, which saved Seaman’s $2M+ in construction costs, multiple reporting techniques (weekly/bi-weekly) project status and meeting project milestones, quality of construction, budget updates, while tracking scheduled completion dates.

My group developed, constructed and completed as many as eight facilities at a time, on schedule and within budget. My team completed over $170M of new construction during my 4 years with CBRE.

2000 Nashville, Tennessee. Senior Project Manager, Construction Management & Pre Construction Manager JE Dunn Healthcare division focused primarily on healthcare for corporate clients such as Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), and Neurology & Neuroscience Associates
(NNA). As the on-site senior manager, I relocated to Houston and managed the reconstruction of HCA’s East Houston Regional Medical Center after the 2001 flood. This 157,500 SF facility, valued at $16.7M, was a complete renovation of all medical facilities, OR’s, radiology, restaurant, and MPE infrastructures. My team coordinated this fast-track project, scheduled & sequenced all activities, reported all real time budgets, and construction activities to HCA managers.
