• Assisted mechanics in testing components according to Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM).
• Using SolidWorks, designed mechanical test fixtures to conduct load tests on hydraulic and electromechanical actuators.
• Considered key factors such as test parameters and requirements, material availability, cost, and manufacturability in the design process.
• Conducted Finite Element Analysis using the SolidWorks Simulation feature to validate designs.
• Exposed to Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), precision measuring tools (calipers, height gauges, and micrometers), and test instrumentation (load cells, dynamometer, and Linear Variable Differential Transformer – LVDT).
