-Implemented in-house surveying and a warehouse inventorying spreadsheets that led to cuts in overhead costs.
-Coordinate test drilling, GPS location, and mapping of prospect areas.
-Environmental observation and sampling. Oversee reclamation and bond releasing procedures of previously mined areas.
-Ensure compliance with various regulatory enforcement agencies: OSHA, MSHA, EPA, TDEC, and TWRA.
