- Running my own business has taught me to respect, admire and appreciate the vision, talent, devotion and sacrifice it takes to make any business successful. I have over 16 years of hands-on experience with architectural design, space planning design, outdoor living design, 4D visual modeling, construction documentation, construction management/consulting, estimating, purchasing, computer/software administration, computer/software training, CAD management, marketing, webpage design and graphic design in which has given me a vast amount of knowledge of all aspects of the design|build industry and business in general. My Experience
- Production Manager for a large production home builder. Managing the design integrity, building codes, construction documents and brochure material for 60+ model plans.
- Managed the CAD system and network for a 100+ employee multi-discipline architecture firm. Administered CAD and network standards training for all end-users. I created and implemented customized AutoCAD configurations, standards and routines.
- Experience in production management and building my own home has given me the valuable insight into scheduling, purchasing, budgeting, managing and contracting from both the builder and owner prospective. Field experience has enhanced my ability to better anticipate any potential issues and prepare documents that will suit both the client and the contractor.
