SUMMARY:
I am a Civil Engineer with significant experience working in land development, structural, drainage design and analysis, as well as storm water management systems. All design work has provided stewardship in protecting personnel and property relating to health, safety, and environment by adhering to local, state and federal health, safety and environmental regulations (i.e. wetlands protection, state septic system regulations, and using low impact development design techniques. I have been responsible for obtaining project permitting from local, state and federal authorities and agencies, specifying components for construction of the projects, constuction supervision and inspection of private and public projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and regulations. I have engineering and design experience in both an office and field environment. In addition, I have experience as an Engineering Department Head and Engineering Supervisor responsible for personnel scheduling of work loads, direction and review of engineer’s and technician’s work, management of project schedules and project budgets. I have been responsible for writing proposals, negotiating contracts and scopes of work with clients both private and public. My work has also included corresponded weekly with clients, project participants, contractors and reviewing agencies via telephone, correspondence and meetings. I have represented clients and delivered presentations at agency meetings.
