Over 10 years of experience in the industry including 6 years of progressive experience in international hydrocarbon projects, the task was including analysis and design of oil/gas refinery related structures (pipe racks, platforms, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps and compressors’ foundation), and modular arctic production facilities, and process units using STAAD Pro, SAP 2000, RISA, and E-TABS, and using Smart Plant V-6.1.
Knowledge of building construction, standard construction materials, advanced analysis and design concepts, including computerized design calculations, and design of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and timber in residential and commercial building projects.
Strong understanding of nationally recognized codes and standards and related ordinances, such as: ACI 318, AISC 360& 341, ASCE-7, IBC 2006, AASHTO, Process Industry Practice (PIP), the National Building Code of Canada, and Ontario Building Code.

BP Alaska – STV-IP Project-Project is including design and revamp of modules for flow stations in stock tank vapor compressor units.
Designing and preparing construction drawings and calculation for process modules, including structural connection details for variety of connections used in cold environment steel construction, using Math CAD and Excel spreadsheets.
Preparing material takeoff reports and updating MTO files for new steel, demolition and construction development drawings as needed.
Performing transportation, lifting and in place analysis for process modules using STAAD pro, and preparing design criteria and specification for lifting models and design of lifting lugs

Project was including grassroots for process units and utilities including new pipe racks, new flare, SRU and ARU units. Also revamp for CHD, NHT, SWS, MHFO and Flair Mitigations.
Designed structures based on Industry codes, Exxon Mobil Global Practices and SAMREF guidelines.
Modeled and Designed steel structures for a revamp project utilizing STAAD Pro, evaluating the capacity of existing structure and retrofit the members as required.
Modified existing foundation for additional loading and new pipe stress, using spreadsheet and STAAD Foundation.
Designed tank, vessel and pump foundations, pipe/conduit support, process unit structures, Analyzing rooms, platforms, shelters, and prepaid drawing and details.

Designed of steel structure, pipe supports and foundations connections, and base plates used STAD Pro, RAM Connection and RAM Base Plate, SAFE programs.

Project was a combination of new facilities and brown filed, revamping of existing facilities of a gas partial processing plant the task was involve extensive modeling and design for process modules.
Modeled and designed modular units type structures including models for stationary, barge and road transportation utilizing STAAD Pro.
Cooperated with other disciplines regarding change orders, updating calculations based on updated information new stresses, new vendor drawings and pipe locations. Used Smart Plant program, and performed any redesign required.
Updated the “Basis of design and Methodology” based on new building codes and arctic design condition, and prepared weight control reports and center of gravity calculations for modules.
