Key Results: ~ $1 million in additional sales in 2012 as direct result of lean / standardization efforts Implemented Lean Tier 1 and 2 daily passdown structure. Used Lean philosophy to standardize procedures and methodologies for product development, device manufacturing & process monitoring. Project Management: Used Phase/stage Gate process to develop product concepts and determine product “qualifiers” vs. “added value” attributes.
