($213M NEC3 PSC Lump Sum EPC expansion project at a coal to synthetic gas plant in South Africa) In charge of prime contract administration, change management, progress reporting, and labor forecasting / reporting. This included interpreting the Prime Contract, identifying issues / changes, and making sure terms / prices were subsequently adjusted. Authored numerous letters to the Client which protected and negotiated Fluor’s contractual position. Coordinated $20M of E/P/CM price increases to Fluor lump sum services contract over a 12 month period, which was 60% more than the original Fluor contract value. Coordinated $70M of changes for the Jan 2010 GHHER project Class III estimate. Gained extensive experience researching, coordinating, and tracking 100s of scope changes. Sent to the site in SA to transition Prime Contract Administration and Change Management to the field team and assist with the September 2011 SASOL site shutdown. Also, responsible for the transfer of project data / network servers from Houston to South Africa as EP work in Houston was completed.
