• Mistake Proofing of Assembly Lines using Allen Bradley’s PLC and Banner Cameras.
• Analyzed and developed an error eliminating Lean Manufacturing project for Stations 210 and 220 of MidZ Line which reduced the error rate to below 5%. Increased the efficiency and reduced the cycle time by 25%.
• Created and implemented Turf Care QPI System to easily and reliably perform productivity calculations used for determining bonuses for employees. Software used: Visual C# and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Designed an integration of a Banner wireless module into Control Logix: the automated process increased efficiency.
• Identified and developed a complete automation of reporting factory related metrics, replacing numerous spread sheets used for this purpose, color coded metrics display to aid Business Unit Managers interpret data adequately.
• Developed a real time application to display Deck Load and Deck Size for different models present on Station 620A using C# and SQL Server Management Studio. This reduced the Deck Load time on that station.
