Major Project Involvement
•Project Manager for institutional upgrades and renovations at a small private university campus. Worked with the village to reroute traffic for street closures. Budgeted and bid projects including an athletic field modernization, dormitory electrical upgrades and the campus wide 5kV reconfiguration.
•Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager for $33M elevated railroad and rail interlocking reconstruction. Responsible for internal meetings chair, product approval. Assisted Senior PM with change order procedures. Worked closely with project scheduler on monthly updates. Served as Work Supervisor during weekend line cuts and reroutes.
•Project Engineer / Assistant Superintendent for $22M interior build-out of new 304 bed hospital. Served as GC’s DFH and firesafing coordinator. Responsible for all LEED documentation. Worked closely with Supervising team coordinating work. Multiple contractors failed to honor their bids and to maintain schedule, management team assumed responsibility to self perform various trades in excess of $2M.
•Assistant Project Manager for $20M chilled water utility plant. Worked closely with Owner's Facility Deputy to coordinate the installation and integration of the instrumentation and controls. Responsible for all project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes and all project closeout manuals. This project involved in excess of $1M in self-performed work.

•Responsible for day to day contractor management on $4.5M interior office renovation project.
•Responsible to secure bids for various trades in an out of market area for $35M railroad transfer facility.
