Internship (May – August 2011 and May – August 2012)
•Worked alongside production engineers to monitor daily production
•Conducted increased resin throughput study to determine if plant equipment can handle increased feed rates, without producing off-spec product
•Calculated operating performance of water-water heat exchanger to determine if heat exchanger is operating optimally
•Analyzed past product sample data along with past temperature data of process tank, for possible correlation
