Project 1: Westin Resort Remodel, a $26 million hotel renovation in Snowmass, CO
•Directly worked with senior project managers and coordinated contract administration, project correspondence, and document control
• Responsible for preparing daily field reports, producing as-built drawing, developing contractor RFIs, and filing submittals
• Assisted project engineer with surveys and quantity take-offs, settling disputes between contractors, managing materials and logistics, working with local distributors, and scheduling labors to complete daily project
Project 2: Burlingame Phase II storm sewer and bolder retaining wall construction
•Coordinated the construction of a storm sewer system and boulder retaining walls
•Ensured the construction was to specifications, wrote daily field reports on contractors progress, and worked with team members to settle daily disputes and problems
