Class I Change Engineer (CE) & Task Instruction Project Lead, Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) , Boeing-HSV 2008-2012
Provided Change Engineering technical, high-level systems analysis, evaluation, integration to successfully process GMD Class I engineering changes.
Developed integrated technical change packages and briefed senior technical and program management change boards (Brown Rooms and CCB) with a +98% first time approval success rate.

Lead CE for all GMD Interceptor team proposal packages due to extensive interceptor technical knowledge and experience.

Utilized engineering tools, including Technical Engineering Master Data Base (TEMDB), Change Processing and Estimating System (CPES) and Change Management Tool (CMT), to develop, process, and track engineering changes.
