Having 7 years of experience in various engineering-construction companies, presently I am the Project Controls Engineer at Hatch, where I participate in the ArcelorMittal Expansion iron mine project. In addition, I carry out various project management, cost estimation and cost control mandates that are assigned to me with know-how and accuracy in all phases of a project from conceptual to construction.
Project experience responsibilities include cost engineering, administration of contracts with financial institutions, developers and clients, visit construction sites to determine the progress of work, monitoring and control of direct and indirect costs of construction, monitoring of construction schedules, analyze and estimate construction change orders, analyze and assess change requests to contracts, monitoring of denunciations and quittances of the subcontractors, risk analysis, ensure good communication between the various stakeholders, recommend disbursements to financial institutions and clients, evaluation of contingency used, prepare conditions precedent and disbursements reports.
