-Developed the master plan for the renovation of historic Miami Marine Stadium and surrounding areas
-Worked with the Urban Environment League, City of Miami Administration and Planning Department, Friends of Miami Marine Stadium, and a coalition of other organizations.
-Plan was approved by Miami City Commission by a 5-0 vote.
University Avenue Master Plan
-Developed a mixed-used master plan for an abandoned industrial site in downtown Atlanta.
-Extensive research of historic and current city zoning ordinances and buildings codes in order to comply with appropriate standards.
-Developed an approach to the redevelopment of any strip mall or design of retail districts which increases pedestrian access while still satisfying the requirements of different retail types and sizes, such as parking, service, and store frontage
