•Prepare parts for manufacture by engineering drawings and developing routers, bills of material, master/shop prints and control plans.
•Develop and submit PPAP data as required by customers including FMEA, ISIR, Gage R & R, Process Capability Studies, Material Certification, Gage Certification, etc.
•Design weld and check fixtures as needed to improve the manufacturing process.
