Cantilever balance segment Box Bridge at intersection of I-49 & I-220, Caddo Parish, LA, Project Engineer
Mr. Shang is the Project Engineer for the design of the 3148 ft horizontal curve cantilever balance post tension segment box girder bridge. Post tension is exterior PT and segment box over 75 tons. He also designs straddle bent span over 80 ft and shaft foundations. He designs moment slab and barrier at shaft foundation. He also checks the steel box girder alterative design. Estimated construction cost $86 Million

Mr. Shang is the Project Engineer for the widening design of pedestrian and light rail bridges, design retaining wall (solider pile, secant pile, sheet pile, cantilever retain wall and MSE wall). Estimated construction is $1.495 Billion
Columbia River Crossing Bridge (CRC) – WASDOT and ODOT. Project Engineer
Mr. Shang is the Project Engineer responsible for providing preliminary study on the Washington side approach bridge and over crossings. Estimated construction is $435 million at Washington side, $595 million at Oregon side and main span $2.05 Billion
