WORK & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
University of Central Florida Orlando, FL
Graduate Research Assistant, MEMS and Nanomaterials Lab 08/2009 – Present
* RESEARCH: Fabricating a high conductive nanocomposite material towards novel interconnect on integrated circuit (IC) industry.
* Selected Project Experience:
o Solid State Device Fabrication Laboratory
* Three hour weekly laboratory in the Microelectronics Clean Room class 100-1000.
* Performed actual device fabrication and test; accomplished semiconductor processes including lithography, metallization, oxidation, etch, and diffusion.
* Got familiar with Si-based technology, and state of the art equipment.
o Nanocomposite synthesis (Electrochemical Deposition)
* Analyzed the electrochemical deposition process and concluded that key factor was electroplating bath, which made project not viable; resulted in lab proceeding with project.
* Developed a new method for synthesizing a novel highly conductive material; led to increased grant funds.
* Mastered material processing operations like plating, cold press molding, and reductive sintering.
* Presented on the 2013 MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit, San Francisco, California, April, 2013
* Addressed on the University of Central Florida's MAE Grad...
