System analysis was provided from Baseline concept definition during the System Design Review (SDR), through the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR), and continues with Engineering Test and Evaluation (ET&E) and subsequent Navy Computer Program acceptance. Key Accomplishments:
Lead responsible radar engineer for 5 domestic and foreign baselines in support of the TechRep SPY group.
Successfully brought BMD 3.6.1 and Norway 1.5 baselines to completion
