Manufacturing Engineer, 2010-2013
Provides Flightline support for the production of the new Boeing 787 aircraft. Oversaw Organizational Level 2 Lean Focal implementation in the facility. Develops manufacturing processes by studying and researching product requirements. Ensures equipment remains operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services. Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; and, estimating future requirements.
Key Accomplishments:
- Promoted to the ME Lead position within the first six months on 787 ME Flightline team due to impeccable leadership and knowledge on the project.
- Oversaw and led the entire 787 ME Flightline team to achieve 5S/Lean level 3.4 in May of 2012.
