Monitor, track and analyze monthly billings, revenue and cost to forecast budget projections recognizing future potential for profit/loss.
Impact: Successfully managed the construction of 50% of the project bridges on schedule totaling more than approximately 20 million dollars during limited tenure.

Sr. Field Engineer
Five-year tenure accountable for all field engineering required for constructing projects. Assist the superintendent in producing, providing and coordinating all information necessary for the smooth running of the project. General duties required included, safety and environment, project planning and execution, scheduling, quality, monitoring progress and field production, project documentation, subcontractor management, project cost controls, and internal communication.
Impact: Spearheaded two major construction projects valuing a total of 450 million dollars and accounting for construction of 33 bridges and approximately 1.5 million square feet of bridge deck while maintaining critical path schedule in both projects negating the $50,000 per day in liquidated damages.
• Evaluate proposals, review scope, analyze cost options, execute and manage subcontracts and major purchase orders up to 10 million dollars.
• Work directly with specialty engineers and owners to coordinate the review and approval process of contract documents including submittals, RFI’s and shop drawings.
