Managed all quality and assembly processing aspects of over one hundred and fifty (150) medical assemblies. Launched over thirty (30) medical products. This included: designing process, instructions and tooling; discovering/setting parameters and run rates; submitting process quotes; training operators; and selecting inspection methods. Integral team member that designed and documented Jabil APQP launch system for automotive workcell, which included overall improvement in APQP documentation and customer acceptance. We decreased product introduction time and tripled the number of successful product launches per week. Customer quality expectations were exceeded. Internal quality defects decreased to less than 50 DPM. Performed ISO 9000 audits as a member of the audit team.
