• Supports the Interim Training Team in the design and development of training material for the P-8A.
• A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the P-8A Tactical Open Management System (TOMS), Stores Management System (SMS), P-8A Tactical Navigation Systems, P-8A Information Assurance, Roles Management and INMARSAT Subsystems and applications.

Flight Operations Supervisor - AeroVironment 2007
• Developed and maintained the flight test schedule for all Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) flight activity including Production, Advanced Systems and Product Engineering. Efforts led to scheduling and successful execution of Raven UAS system tests resulting in 12 customer sell-offs of 300 systems totaling 900 air vehicles, 600 ground control units and equipment spares.
• Primary point of contact with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Government Flight Representative (GFR) and developed documentation to meet DCMA GFR program compliance. Successfully completed planning and preparation for the first DCMA GFR audit resulting in clearance for continued flying operations.

Patrol Plane (P-3) Mission Commander
• Led assigned aircrew to the highest level of readiness and preparation. Ensured all training was properly planned, scheduled and completed. Designated the squadron crew of the quarter in 4th quarter 2005 for successful joint operations with US Customs.
• Led crew through all required qualifications and certifications in preparation for six detachments.
• Prepared and executed extensive brief for Captain and crew of USS Maine on patrol plane tactics and mission capabilities.
