Created the first, 5axis, vertical wafer handler to accommodate three different gauges for 300mm silicon wafers and integrated ADE capacitor sensor technology; wrote the code to control the five axis handler.
Devised and tested a 300mm vertical pre-aligner (two-axis) for the robot handler using a Galil controller.
