QUALTY MANAGEMENT:
• Develop and implement an effective ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality assurance program.
• Construct record acquisition systems and establish standardized Quality metric measurement (MRB/NC, Metrics, SPC, etc.).
• Champion data driven preventative and continuous improvement efforts (pFMEA, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Chair MRB, Corrective Actions, Root Cause Analysis (RCCA, CAPA).
• Creation of the audit plans including process, certifications, regulatory, and safety.
