Engineering Project Manager - ATS Medina, OH (2010 – 2013)
• Managed all aspects of projects including budgets, timeframe, customers, contract requirements, contract changes, installation and final integration into customer’s business
• Oversaw the seamless transition and movement of $3.4M in manufacturing product lines (Eaton PanelMate & MV Series motor starters) to ATS ownership
• Managing all facets of moves including union workforce, contractors, customer employees, rigging and training
• Led startup team for installation and commissioning of new systems, defining and documenting of new processes and facilitating of frontline training
