• Conduct Internal Audits on a daily bases to maintain a high quality standard of documentation and constant vigilance of efficiency by reducing mistakes
• Assist engineers on side projects which addresses prominent production issues by collecting and analyzing data by statistical means
• Troubleshoot production machinery when unacceptable parts are produced, then provide knowledgeable insights, such as, nonconformance, machine control alterations, etc. regarding part/machine failure from analyzing modes of failure versus possible causes by assisting Production with measurements/dimensions of rejected product, careful observation of machine, etc.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on electrical testers which inspects for correct circuitry of the product
• Ensuring that production machines and workers are fabricating conforming parts safely and efficiently to maximize efficiency
• Direct workers and QA inspectors to help with special assignments to address occurrences of nonconformance and assists production in any capacity needed to facilitate smooth production
