• Conducted and monitored all preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment in both controlled environments and ISO Class 7 clean rooms in accordance with FDA Quality Systems Regulations and ISO 13485. Developed a standardization of the Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Requalification programs as well as the Employee Safety program.

• Troubleshot medical devices, analyzed failures (component level), and reported data to multiple departments and vendors.
• Tested new devices, revised and standardized test procedures, interviewed and trained new test technicians.
• Worked with various test and inspection equipment such as Microscopes, DMM, Oscilloscope, HiPot, Leakage, Ground Continuity, NIBP/SPO2/Respiration/Temperature/IBP/ECG Simulators, Vision Systems, and Materials Testing Machines. Worked with compressed general anesthesia gases for testing and calibration purposes.
