Plan and manage product activities for the Product Quality Organization on all products developed at the Sunrise Product Design Center. Manage product risk and mitigation efforts throughout the development Life Cycle.
• Supported the successful launch of Blackberry 9810, 9320, 9330 & 9220.
• Lead Risk Management efforts: Manage the identification & control of project risks through DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) efforts, Design Reviews, Critical To Quality Reviews, and Quality Matrix after every design build.
