to present) – Bermudez, Longo, Diaz-Masso, LLC San Juan, PR- In charge of the the estimation of
multidisciplinary construction projects for the Hydrosanitary Division. Develop and review Lump
Sum, Unit Price and Design Build project estimates for government and private bids. Prepare,
schedule (baseline and updates) for the HS division. Support of the hydrosanitary division’s,
identification of changes in scope of work, documentation process and claims fo the ongoing
projects.
Project Manager (Jan/12 to Feb/13) – Bermudez, Longo, Diaz-Masso, LLC San Juan, PR- Manage
multidisciplinary construction projects. Develop and review project estimates for government bids.
Prepare equipment purchasing analysis, cost projection reports, schedule (baseline and updates),
RFI request for information and others. Preparation and identification of changes in scope of work,
process and deliver change orders. Managed projects with short time frames, tight schedules and
within budget.

Baja, PR and Guaynabo Seismic load calculations based on UBC 97, structural analysis and footing
