• My group and I worked directly with Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) to help standardize their protocols.
• We created flow diagrams and process maps for several different departments involved in keeping Allegheny County safe.
• Our goal was to help these departments communicate effectively by eliminating bottlenecks and redundant operations, specifically when there was the possibility of a food-borne illness outbreak.
