s Antilles College – $4M – Designed bid package and project managed demolition and renovation of 4-story institute of higher education while school remained opened and operational, bringing the institution up to code and energy efficient through installation of Energy Star HVAC systems and cooling tower technology, recognized as the first Energy Star remodeled building in Metropolitan San Juan.
s Columbia College – $400K – Managed the design and build of master plan to bring the institution up to code by upgrading mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems, creating an energy efficient building.
s San Jorge Hospital – $300K – Managed new design / build of interior general construction for the institution’s corporate office.
s Yazmin Enterprises (1-2-3 Retail Store Chain) – $110K – Directed new interior of commercial retailer coming in on time and under budget.
