Experienced influencing electronics designs for testability, manufacturability and serviceability using design guidelines.
Familiar with commercial test equipment such as Teradyne, Agilent ICT (in-circuit test) testers, and boundary scan testing.
Experienced testing electronic products at system, sub assembly, environmental stress and CCA level.
Involvement in root causes and resolution of customer hardware and CM (contract manufacturer) quality issues.
Experience with supporting CCA CM's daily activities worldwide.
Familiar with SMT (surface mount technology) CCA design guidelines and CAD (computer aided design) requirements.
Familiar with NPI (new product introduction) requirements and processes.
Familiar with Supply Chain sourcing activities such as new component evaluations, obsolete component and last time buys.
Familiar with capital budgeting, planning and implementation of expensive test equipment.
Experience with many Honeywell factory and CM transitions of test equipment worldwide.
SAP super user for Engineering Change Notices and cFolder design collaboration, Lotus Notes and Oracle.
Green belt certified, experienced with Six Sigma 5S and DFSS.
Familiar with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards and ISO 9001.
Have good communication skills, PC skills, problem solving skills and work well with others and train them.

Specified and sourced new in-circuit test fixtures and programs to CM's.
Experience with Teradyne Z18xx and Z850 programming and fixture design.
Procurred 3rd party Agilent 307x and Genrad 228x ICT test programs and fixtures.
Supported, delivered and received functional testers to and from CM's and other Honeywell factory's.
Reviewed all NPI CCA's for testability, manufacturability and serviceability.
Reviewed all CCA ECN's (engineering change notices) for correctness, and re-tool affected test equipment.
Maintain ICT test fixtures and programs at CM's around the world.
Attend meetings to resolve quality issues at the CM's, global factories and customer sites.
Key contributor to the global DFT and DFM CCA design guidelines. Advocate solutions and recommendations for NPI
CCA's not meeting these guidelines.
