Engineer lead for automated cathode mix equipment improvements resulting in full batch automation and a significant reduction of scrap and machine downtime.
Lead engineer to reduce cathode coating scrap from a single process resulting in a savings of more than $60,000 per month.
Provided engineering support to R&D and the New Product Development team in transitioning of new products to full production status. Performed test trials, established machine parameters and developed all necessary documentation as required for production.
