• Review consultants’ invoices for accuracy; coordinate between consultants and project managers to resolve billing disputes for all TransNet projects for SANDAG and Caltrans simultaneously.
• Provide account coding on incoming invoices and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely payment.
• Assist with updating contract information in the accounting system, maintaining and updating contract files.
• Responsible for revising invoices for more than 200 Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms with a total budget of 500 million dollars for FY 2013.
• Review consultant invoices for design and construction work from the range of $1K to $1.5M.
• Coordinate meetings with the consultants to ensure proper invoice formats and accurate documentation submission.

• Coordinate workshops for the regional Master Plan in different community sectors along the San Diego County.
