Professional Experience
Building Information Modeler
• Efficiently produce accurate and well organize coordination 3-D models under project time requirements.
• Collaborate with structural engineers in the construction of 3-D models following given schematics, hand sketches, build-up drawings and engineering information models.
• Developed view systems, project browser organization and template set up for future projects.
• Revised existing models for geometrical corrections in order to keep models in better shape.
• Creation of a Family Type Catalog and 3-D components from information provided by the engineer and the product catalog to generate a realistic drafting model.
• Experience with steel, concrete and wood type buildings; large scale projects, schools, hospitals, prisons, stadiums and modular multi-building projects.
• Understanding of coordination settings such as work-sets and link managing to maintain better performance on a large scale project.
• 3-D visual presentation development to show the product in a real live environment and setting.
• Presentation layout construction combining BIM modeling, graphic design, digital photo editing for print and digital medias.
Administrative Support
• Design and maintenance of an efficient data base to control digitalized historical records for quick search in support of future documents creation.
• Creation of digital PDF forms for internal/external use to communicate standardized information.
• English/Spanish technical documents translation.
