Long Term Bridge Performance (LTBP) Project monitoring the temperatures of two concrete bridges
Calculated the uniform temperature of the bridges in a 15 min. interval and compared it to the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications. Created new equations to predict the bridge temperatures based on the ambient temperatures. Installed strain gauges, tilt-meters and velocity transducers for a live load and dynamic test of a Double-T concrete bridge.
