Promoted later to manage the full 1:3 PZT Composite base bio-sensitive fingerprint sensors production line from front end to back end. In that quality oversaw production piloting and mass production deployment to Taiwan.

• Successfully developed special buffer layer for high speed lithium niobate (LiNbO3) based electrooptic modulator in less than one year for 40 GB based new generation modulators.
